Notice to New Zealand Police, Ministry of Justice, Public Authorities and Third Parties
This notice records that the Damian Gerard Trust (LV213775668NZ) maintains and administers Trust property and associated assets through its Authorised Representative and internal administrative systems.
Certain vehicles and other property administered by the Trust are maintained within documented asset registers and are subject to ongoing evidential, accounting, maintenance, and administrative management.
Any person or organisation dealing with a Trust-administered asset is respectfully requested to exercise appropriate procedural care and, where uncertainty exists, seek supervisory or legal review before undertaking irreversible action including seizure, towing, impoundment, disposal, transfer, dismantling, or destruction.
Nothing contained in this notice is intended to prevent or obstruct lawful public safety functions or the lawful exercise of statutory powers. Rather, this notice is published to preserve administrative transparency, evidential continuity, and the Trust's asserted interests in its administered property.
Administrative Cost & Recovery Schedule
Where interference with a Trust-administered asset results in additional administration, evidential management, operational disruption, recovery activity, or replacement requirements, the Trust maintains the following internal accounting schedule for assessing and recording its time, resources, and potential losses.

Interference with Trust Assets
Where unauthorised interference with a Trust-administered asset results in loss, destruction, permanent deprivation, or material impairment of the asset, the Trust may assess and seek recovery of all resulting losses.
Such assessment may include, where appropriate and permitted by applicable law:
- replacement or reinstatement costs;
- consequential administrative and operational losses;
- recovery and coordination expenses;
- professional and evidential costs reasonably incurred; and
- where claimed by the Trust, an amount of up to three (3) times the current as-new replacement value of the affected asset as part of its internal loss assessment methodology and any claim advanced through the appropriate legal or equitable process.
Reservation of Rights
The Damian Gerard Trust expressly reserves all rights, interests, remedies, claims, and causes of action available to it under applicable law and equity.
Publication of this notice is for administrative transparency and evidential purposes only and does not constitute consent to interference with any Trust-administered property, nor does it waive any existing or future right, remedy, or claim.
